Starlamp Ltd provides software development services, including but not limited to application development, web development, and related consulting services.
3. Payment
Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in individual project contracts. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the software developed by Starlamp Ltd remain the property of the Company unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
Starlamp Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service by providing written notice to the other party. Termination fees may apply as specified in the project contract.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Starlamp Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
